Spring Term 2024

They secured 2nd place in the Painsley MAC tournament! They showcased exceptional teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the games.

Our netball took part in the CADSSA Y3/4 Netball development afternoon on Tuesday 6th February competing against a total of 9 other schools within the Staffordshire Moorlands. The afternoon started with participating in a range of different netball skills before the tournament started. The girls played so well and considering a lot of them have not represented the school before, they showed such courage and determination to play brilliant netball.
Our football teams took part in the MAC Y3/4 Football tournament on Thursday 1st February at the Stoke City Dome. It is the first time that the children have represented the school in their football kits and played some fantastic football with the Year 4 team finishing 4th and the Year 3 team finishing as runners up.
Our Y5/6 Netball A team took part in the CADSSA A League netball over the first 3 weeks of the Spring term. Their dedication, hard work and teamwork in training in the Autumn term really paid off as they played some super netball against some very difficult competition and finished in joint 6th position.
Autumn Term 2023
Our Y5/6 girls football team took part in the Painsley MAC girls football tournament on Thursday 30th November. They achieved the runners-up position, showcasing incredible teamwork and skill in their debut matches together. We are incredibly proud of their accomplishments!
Our Y5/6 boys football A team have participated in the CADSSA A League. They are playing excellent football and are currently without defeat going into the last week of fixtures.
Our Y5/6 boys football B team have participated in the CADSSA B League. They played fantastically and showed excellent sportsmanship throughout each of the games they played over the 3 weeks.
