• CADSSA Cross Country Relay

  Well done to our Cross Country Teams who took part in the CADSSA Cross Country Relay last night. Our Year 3/4 Team came 5th and the Year 5/6 Team came 1st! Well done to all who took part!

  Year 3 have spent the morning in their Stone Age Workshop.  They have just had their faces painted and are looking forward to an activity filled afternoon.

  This morning Year 2 have been out on the playground practising their doubles. They are hoping it will help other children in the school with their doubles and halves! Well done Year 2!

• Congratulations to our Year 5/6 Girls Football Team!

  Today our girls took part in the Year 5/6 Painsley MAC Girls Football at Stoke City Dome.  They were competing against four other MAC schools.  St Thomas’ won every game showing some fantastic football skills and excellent sporting behaviour.  They were presented with the trophy and medals at the end of the tournament.  We are now looking forward to the Year 5/6 CADSSA Girls Football League in May, where we are pleased to say that parents/carers/grandparents are able to come along to watch and support the team.

  We have today received an award from the Fischer Family Trust for our attendance for the 2022/23 Autumn Term - our attendance is one of the top 10% of all FFT Primary Schools in England.
