This week in DT, we have made our final product: a cushion. All of the children have worked extremely hard to applique a decorative patch on each panel of their cushion, sewn the panels together and stuffed their cushions.
In our RE lesson, we used the Bibles to research different Bible stories. We then identified which Testament they were in, what the message of each story was and how we can use the message in our own lives today.
In our first DT lesson, we spent it practising our cross-stitch, running stitch and applique techniques.
